Linear filling capping for jerrycans
Description
The linear filler capper for jerrycans is a dedicated machine for large volumes, it was created to be fast and versatile in format change.
Built in “monobloc”, filling and capping in a single base, to contain the overall dimensions.
It can be made in various versions to meet the needs of the production sectors (cosmetic, chemical and food).

Technical detail
The dosage systems can be both volumetric and weight.
For the volumetric system, both an electromagnetic meter (the product to be measured must have an electrical conductivity greater than 50 µS/cm²) and a pneumatic piston doser can be mounted.
For the weight system, the mass meter is mounted (by measuring the mass, the product to be measured is irrelevant).
The machine is provided with a dosing nozzle specially built to allow dosing of both semi-dense and liquid products without the need to get inside the bottle. It is however necessary to use the immersion filling system, in the case of foamy products or if it is necessary to reach higher production speeds.
The nozzles are mounted on a support that moves and goes in positions using a brushless motor which allows accurate, precise positioning that can be set from the display. This also allows you to have no vertical mechanical adjustments for the format change between low or high bottles.
The system of capping is Pick & Place type, The screwing spindle is mounted on a support that moves and positions itself thanks to a brushless motor which allows an accurate, precise and settable positioning from the display.
The stop systems of the jerrycans are carried out by means of adjustable pneumatic gates.
The machines can built with:
- stainless steel (suitable for cosmetic products or non-aggressive products)
- stainless steel certified for pharmaceutical or food products
- plastic materials and non-ferrous metals (titanium, hastelloy, etc.) for acid or particularly aggressive products.
