Cartesian Palletizer

The Cartesian model, thanks to its compact structure, has an excellent ratio between performance and cost of the machine. It was designed for small and medium production needs, and is capable of handling even considerable weights and with different container configurations: just replace the gripping head to switch from picking up boxes to the one for tanks. It is possible to configure two pallets, serving two low cadence lines, applying carton interlayer, gripping and automatic positioning of the empty pallet, or other possible necessary configurations.

Dimensions can change based on customization

Up to a maximum of 480 pieces per hour. The production speed is purely indicative and varies according to the type of packaging.

The movements of the axes are driven by brushless motors with positive toothed belts or racks.

The sliding takes place on aluminum beams with special bearings and tempered guides and recirculating ball runners. The length of the axes is determined according to the customer’s needs.

The grippers, specifically designed on the basis of the objects to be handled, can be:
with suction system with suction cups,
with lateral gripper for thermo retracted bundles,
with gripper with stabilizer for tanks,
with systems for bins or bags.

The programming of the arrangement of the loads on the pallet is simple and managed via the operator panel directly by the user, without the need for technicians intervention.

The machines can be placed in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and chemical fields.
