Structure built in Aisi 304 in all its parts. Y and Z axes built with aluminum profiles, recirculating ball shoes and rack for movements, while the X axis and the carton opener with recirculating ball shoes and toothed belt with reinforcing steel cables. The feeding belt can be of two types: with divider or with pusher and forming plate, according to the type of bottle. Fixed or 90° rotating bottle gripping head with or without weighing cell to check the total weight of the bottles and any piece loss. The adjustment for the width of the boxes, for the gripping point of the suction cups, for the position of the ejector and the centering of the box are manual by means of special handles with position indicators, all the parameters can be stored in the recipe. The positions of the axes, driven by brushless motors, for the gripping of the box, the position under the centering device, the gripping and the deposit of the bottles are programmable on the display and everything can be memorized by recipe to have a quick format change. The Display is mounted on a rotating arm so that it can act in various areas of the machine, always having the controls available. The boxes exit the machine closed at the top and bottom with adhesive tape. Security doors built with aluminum profile and transparent PETG panels.
