Rotary Capping Machines

The rotary capping machine is a type of machine designed for high production and high precision in cap positioning. It requires two format changes, both the bottle and the cap. It can be made in different versions for all types of caps. Contrary to the linear capping machine, it is not possible to keep more than one type of head at the same time, but it is possible to apply them by mechanically disassembling one and reassembling the other. Depending on the production speed to be obtained, it is possible to apply a proportional number of heads to the machine.

About 70/150 pieces per minute. The production speed is purely indicative and varies according to the type of cap.

The caps or pumps can be screwed using a servomotor system, which allows you to easily adjust both the speed and the maximum screwing torque, pneumatic motors with mechanical clutch, or a single motor cascade gear with mechanical clutches. They can also be equipped with heads for trigger screwing or for pressure capping. The new model for pumps or triggers is highly automated, being able to work on the same machine with pumps, screw caps or pressure caps, with the simple application of the new format. Furthermore, the total electronic control allows a very high versatility. The machines can be made in:

1. stainless steel (suitable for cosmetic products or non-aggressive products)
2. stainless steel certified for pharmaceutical or food products
3. plastic materials and non-ferrous metals (titanium, hastelloy, etc.) for acid or particularly aggressive products
