Rotary Fillers

The continuous rotary filler is a type of machine dedicated to high production rates. Normally the machine is built in “monobloc” or for filling and capping, in this way the bottle enters the machine empty and comes out filled and capped. In comparison with linear machines, the dimensions are higher, but more than double production speeds can be achieved. It is not recommended to move towards this type of machine in case of frequent format changes, being longer and more laborious. It can be made in different versions to meet the needs of the production sectors (cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, etc.). Depending on the required productivity, the number of filling heads can be implemented or adjusted.

From 70 to 160 pieces per minute. The production speed is purely indicative and varies on the basis of multiple factors.

The dosing system can be both volumetric and weight. For the volumetric system, at least 3 types are foreseen:

• gravimetric system: usable with exclusively liquid and particularly corrosive products (muriatic acid, bleach, unblocker for toilet, etc.)
• the electromagnetic meter (the product to be measured must have minimum electrical conductivity characteristics – 50 µS/cm2)
• the piston filler made for aggressive and non-aggressive products, but which are semi-dense or viscous (detergent for washing machine, hand wash cream, shampoo, etc …)

For the weight system, the mass meter is mounted (by measuring the mass, the product to be measured is irrelevant). The machine has a dosing nozzle specially designed to allow the total or partial introduction inside the bottle. The machines can be made in: 1. stainless steel (suitable for cosmetic products or non-aggressive products) 2. stainless steel certified for pharmaceutical or food products 3. plastic materials and non-ferrous metals (titanium, hastelloy …) for acid or particularly aggressive products.
